Very good. Nice flavors, not overly spiced for the holiday beers. But definitely has that traditional coriander and orange peel. I’d drink this beer with chocolate. In fact…I did drink this beer with one of those milk chocolate oranges. It was delicious. Some of the alcohol came across a bit more than I prefer, but not so much where it masked the flavors. I aged this beer for a year before drinking. The bottle says it would be best by or before August 2014. It was bottled in August 2009. You’ll never find this bottle again – but I’d say it’s worth investing in next years production (assuming they continue to brew this beer).
