What Would Eli Drink?
Sierra Nevada Wet Hop Ale 2008

Sierra Nevada Wet Hop Ale (2008)

WWED Grade: A

Smell: Oh yeah – this is hoppy. Bitter. Smells like a vegetable garden.

Taste: Delicious. Hoppy but not over hopped. Mild bitterness, with a caramel like sweetness.

Drinkability: Very drinkable. Slow/little bubble streams. Medium carbonation.

ABV: 6.7%

Serving Type: Bottle poured in glass.

Yet, another great beer in the Sierra Nevada “Fresh Hop” series! This would be a great introduction to hopped beers. Not too bitter, easy to drink – but the hoppiness comes through strong without being too overbearing. If you’re new to trying “hopped” beers, you’d likely enjoy this over some hop-heads ultimate collection.
