So – I think I finally understand what it takes to create great beer. Yeah – I figured it out. You can’t talk to most people, have sex or indulge in most things that we find pleasurable. Then, simply perfect an original recipe over hundreds of years. Select only the finest ingredients. And you need to pray…a lot. And thank God for your beers. Yeah…that’s all you’ve gotta do! One of the finest Trappist beers you’ll likely ever drink…if you can find it. You may have to spend upwards of $550 for a case on eBay, though – I suppose that’s still a bit cheaper than the flight to Belgium. Yes. I enjoyed this beer. Thanks Jordan!
