What Would Eli Drink?
About the Drinks
It would take far too long for me to go into the depth and detail required to really give a description of "beer" justice. You have Lagers and Ales. Porters and Stouts. Wheat and Craft Beers. Don't even get me started with Belgian and European vs. American. I mean, it's kinda like asking a chef to give a description of "food" - and I'm not here to write a book. So, I did a little digging on the web and found a couple pretty incredible sources giving you all the information you'll ever need to know about "beer".

The Beverage Tasting Institute website gives some good descriptions and history on the drink. Go there by clicking here.

BeerAdvocate.com is one of the coolest "BEER" websites on the net. Well established, very passionate - and driven by real drinkers like you and I. For what's possibly the most comprehensive list of beers on the net, complete with honest descriptions and real person reviews - visit BeerAdvocate.com by clicking here. A lot of people have asked me where I find these all these beers. The answer? Well - all over the place really. Some are gifted to me, others I'll find at my corner store (it's the BEST corner store in the city - Blue Fog Market), Whole Foods or Safeway. But more often than not, you'll find these beers and many more at places like the City Beer Store in San Francisco or in-store or online at BevMo.com.
